Learning with Song and Dance
Now, who would forget how to spell my name after witnessing these adorable dancing letters? Not even a 4-year old! That is why I love Heidisongs.

Have you ever watched a child's eyes light up when his or her favorite song comes on the radio? Music lightens the mood and reduces stress. When you are happy and stress-free it is much easier to learn.
Learning is difficult for some students. That is true. But should we give up on them? Or should we find ways to encourage them and pique their curiosity? Song and dance has a way of doing both. It actively engages them in meaningful ways. They become so caught up in the moment that they don't even realize they are no longer focused on their inadequacies. Music creates an environment in which learning can take place calmly and without incident. Students can focus on the task of learning and have fun doing it. Before long they have achieved their goal and are able to move onto to the next.
And that, my friends, brings happiness to everyone!
